The AirCraft SG-H827-1 Spare Nozzle Kit 1.4mm is a replacement nozzle set for the AirCraft SG-H827 spray gun.
The nozzle set is the precision trio that makes the gun behave: the needle, fluid nozzle and air cap regulate flow and atomise your coating into a controllable pattern. Once these parts wear or get scratched, or you’ve got dried material that won’t clear out, you’ll see spray problems like spitting, rough atomisation, uneven fan edges, and dripping because the needle can’t seal properly.
