Keep the carbon brushes on your Tork Craft POL02 wool bonnet polisher secure and correctly positioned with this dedicated brush holder and cover service kit.
The brush holders guide the movement of the brushes and maintain the correct pressure on the commutator, while the covers keep them protected and safely enclosed during operation.
Over time, plastic holders and covers can become heat-stressed, cracked or distorted, and contact points can wear.
When that happens, the brushes may stick, lose proper contact or move out of position, leading to poor performance, heavy sparking or intermittent running.
