The rear bearing and its holder support the back end of the armature in the motor housing, keeping the rotor centred so it can spin freely and quietly while you polish.
As the rear bearing wears or the holder loses its grip, you may hear extra noise from the motor, feel vibration through the handle or notice that the tool just does not feel as tight as it used to.
The POL05-SK07 kit replaces both the rear bearing and its matching holder in one go, restoring proper support and alignment so your polisher feels solid and professional again.
