The armature is the rotating core of the motor – it works together with the stator, brushes and bearings to create the torque that drives the backing pad across the panel.
When the original armature becomes burnt, shorted, badly scored or mechanically damaged, the polisher can lose power, run very rough, overheat or refuse to start at all.
The POL05-SK06 kit provides a factory-spec armature matched to the POL05 motor design, so you can bring a tired machine back to strong, reliable daily service in panel shops and detailing bays.
