The stator is the stationary part of the motor that carries the main windings – together with the armature it creates the magnetic field that drives the pad across the panel.
When the stator windings are burnt, shorted or badly heat-damaged, the polisher can lose power, trip breakers, run erratically or refuse to start at all.
The POL04-SK09 kit provides a genuine stator assembly, matched to the original POL04 motor specification, so you can restore reliable torque and smooth running for day-to-day polishing, compounding and finishing work.
